BIO

Originating from an artistic family, Philippe Stella was a born artist. From the moment he could hold a pencil, so you could say he’s been drawing most of his life. From the moment he was old enough, his mother registered him in Antwerp’s Academy for Modern Arts. Where he was able to develop his talent even more.

Not long after he graduated, he did his first show in Antwerp’s Edelinck Gallery and followed it up with a show in Cadaques’ Galleria Sa Conca. In 2002 he moved to Los Angeles to expand his audience. So his work could beseen by the whole world. And that’s where he is until today. Because of him being so much involved in the Jewish community, and his interest in this topic, he started painting Jewish people. Which immediately caught the eye of the community, and he has been selling these paintings until today.
